Job Description and Responsibilities: 
➢ Participate in different audit engagements of IPO and US listed companies. ➢ Participate in various advisory projects, including merger and acquisition, internal control improvement, anti-fraud, etc.  ➢ Develop your comprehensive knowledge in both PRC and US accounting and auditing standards ➢ Establish deep understanding of clients’ business models and apply innovative analytical procedures to address business challenges and issues.
