       同济大学经济与管理学院职业发展中心以服务本院全体学生（包括MBA、本科、硕士、博士生等）和用人单位为宗旨，充分整合内外资源，为学生提供如职业发展规划、就业相关指导、企业招聘信息、国家及上海市人才培养相关政策等信息；同时，本中心将为来我校开展宣讲会、座谈会等企业提供所需的帮助与安排，帮助企业在同济大学树立良好的校园品牌的同时为企业健康、快速的发展提供持续有效的人力支持。

        The Career Development Center of the School of Economics and Management of Tongji University aims to serve all the students (including MBA, undergraduate, master, doctoral students, etc.) and employers of the school. We fully integrate internal and external resources, and provide students with career development planning, employment-related guidance, enterprise recruitment information, national and Shanghai personnel training related policies. At the same time, we will provide necessary assistance and arrangements for companies that come to our school to conduct presentations, symposiums, etc. Thus we help companies establish a good campus brand in Tongji University ,and  provide continuous and effective human support for the healthy and rapid development of the enterprise at the same time.
