Requirement 要求：

1. Bachelor’s degree and above

本科及以上学历

2. Fluent English communication; Must be goal oriented and enjoy working in a quota- based, high energy, fast-paced environment.

英语流利；能适应并喜欢在英语沟通的环境下工作 

3. Ability to communicate in a clear, concise manner with an element of persuasion.

以目标为导向，能够以清晰、简洁的方式进行沟通，并带有一定的说服力

Main responsibilities 岗位职责：

1. Proactively assist with the recruitment process, including negotiating with clients, taking order, developing recruitment strategies, pre-screening candidates, understanding needs, utilizing effective advertisements, managing the applicant flow, resume mining, proper resume analysis/matching, and interviewing candidates.

积极协助招聘流程，包括谈判、整理信息、制定招聘策略、筛选候选人、了解需求、利用有效的广告、管理申请人流程、挖掘简历、正确的简历分析/匹配、面试候选人。

2. Develop a pipeline of qualified candidates in order to effectively match qualified candidates to clients’ needs.

高效的寻找符合客户要求的合适的候选人。

3. Provide appropriate tracking and analysis of sourcing methods.

对招聘方法论进行适当的跟踪和分析。

9:00AM~17:30PM
