II. Company Overview

n  Hengtong Optic-Electric India Pvt.Ltd.

The green field optical fiber and cable project with total investment of 100 million USD is being established in Khed City industrial park in Pune, Maharashtra, India,which is executed in the form of founding a new company,Hengtong Optic-Electronic India Private Limited was incorporated on 9th,March,2018,with investment shares of 5% contributed directly by Hengtong Optic-Electric Co., LTD and 95% by Hengtong Optic-Electric International Co.,Ltd. and Aberdare Holding Europe B.V.

Pune is the second largest city in Maharashtra, it is the main manufacturing center of fiberoptic fiber and cables, which is located in the area of the largest fiber optic cable manufacturing enterprise Sterlite and the largest fiber optic foreign enterprise Corning.

After the completion of the first phase of the project, 300 local jobs will be directly added,At the same time it can drive the development of supporting industries,make an annual sales of $49 million,which will help to further improve the awareness and market share of Hengtong Optic-Electric Co., LTD. in the Indian market,complete the regional market share breakthrough of 10%,cover 80% of operators in India,and make products and services radiated to Sri Lanka, Nepal, Bangladesh.

n  HT CABOS E TECNOLOGIA LTDA

It  is Established in 2015, located in Pouso Alegre, Minas Gerais, and is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Hengtong Group. At present, the number of employees has reached 85, the production capacity can reach 600,000 cores/year, and the expansion plan is continuously promoted. With advanced production equipment and complete performance testing laboratory, Brazil Hengtong products can basically cover overhead, pipeline and straight. Full range of fiber optic cable products such as buried and indoor wiring. As a major supplier to the Brazilian communications market, Brazil's Hengtong has partnered with telecom operators such as Oi, Vivo, Algar and ZTE and is a global supplier of Telefonica systems. Brazil's Hengtong mainly serves the Brazilian market, and relies on its own advantages to continuously consolidate and enhance the company's competitive position in the Brazilian communications industry, and strive to radiate the South American market, making Brazil's Hengtong a comprehensive platform for the Hengtong brand in the South American market.

1. Submit application via email, HR Dept. shortlist the candidates based on evaluation of C.V and telephonic / vedio interview, final interview, make offer.

2. After the admission, candidates will be provided several months’ training in the HT’s domestic factory (located in Wujiang district, Suzhou,China);

3. The candidate will be offered local employment contract with specific overseas company; the salary and benefits will offered in line with local salary benchmarking and local industry practices .
