Facility Engineer Intern

Job Description:

Duties include:

1. Support engineers to prepare PPT and other documents in English version.
2. Get familiar with JDE system and assist engineers (poor English skill) to cut PO.
3. Assist engineers to sort out PM/CM Working Orders, and regularly coordinate with Maximo owner for timely data entry.
4. Assist engineers to track and record gas/water/electricity monthly consumption.
5. Assist manager to collect expense claim and overtime data from engineering employees.
6. Other works assigned by Engineering Manager.

Applicants must have:

1. Engineering college graduates required, English CET-4 above.
2. Strong computers skills, particularly with Microsoft Office suite and Excel.
3. Good communication skills.
4. To accept  > 4 days’ working time per week.
