Temp worker title:      Intern, Equity Capital Market

Reasons for hiring:         To assist and support Equity Capital Market team            

Location:                  上海市静安区南京西路1266号恒隆广场

Working Hours:   full or no less than 3 days each week, no less than 80 days

Responsibilities:

1. Assist preparing internal and external correspondences, including Investment Memo, presentations, business plan, etc.
2. Desktop research and work.  Conduct market research and monitor market movements to facilitate the strategic decisions on the project investment.
3. Assist senior members in the team to prepare and consolidate pro-forma.
4. Daily administrative support to acquisitions & ECM team.

Required experience and skill set:

1. Senior undergraduate;
2. Major in finance/economics/Legal/management/real estate preferred with MNC internship experience;
3. Solid knowledge in finance and accounting;
4. Good written and spoken English;
5. Long term commitment to the internship.
