Legal Intern – Job Description
Da Wo Law Firm Shanghai is a full service business law firm established in China and specialized 
mainly in the areas of contract law, corporate & taxation law, employment & compliance law and 
intellectual property law. Our 15 lawyers and paralegals (4 different nationalities), working at the 
same office in Shanghai, are able to work in Mandarin, Cantonese, and Shanghainese, as well as in 
French, English, Dutch, and German.
In order to support its growth, our law firm is hiring a legal intern. Full time or part-time with 
possible permanent employment contract after the internship, as Junior Associate

Position: Legal Intern 
Location: Shanghai, Jing’An district
Main Responsibilities:
 Assist in drafting and reviewing all contracts, agreements and legal related documents
 Assist in research and advice on legal issues
 Translate or supervise the translation of documents from Chinese to English or from English 
to Chinese
 Participate to clients meetings and conferences with the partners
Candidate Requirements:
 Holds a Bachelor or Master Degree in Law 
 Preferred if candidates passed the China Bar Examination 
 Previous internship experiences in law firms would be a plus
 Proficiency in English listening, speaking and writing
 Knowledge in French or German language is not mandatory but would be a plus
 Good command in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), 
 Good team work spirit, active, positive working attitude with high commitment and integrity
