工作内容：
1. Training preparation
- Support trainer to elaborate training documents.
- Ensure that training material is up to date by consulting with field personnel on a regular basis.
- Support local training according to specific plant needs.
2. Training execution- Support to adequate standard training according to the audience
- Initiate trainer evaluation after the training& trace the feedback
- Facilitate training courses via net-meeting or on spot training.
3. Information sharing
- Monthly update SCM Academy Asia training calender in TAMS system & publish to all Asia logistic colleagues.
- Provide SCM Academy Asia Newsletters to all logistic managers.
岗位要求：
- 极强的责任心，能保证6个月以上优先，尽快入职；
- 能保证每周3-4天；
- 独立自主，较强的沟通协调能力，细心耐心；
- 物流，供应链，国际贸易相关专业，或理工科相关专业；
- 优秀的英语交流能力

实习薪酬：本科：12元/小时，硕士：15元/小时，超出800元部分需付20%的税
实习地点：大连路538号，地铁4号线/12号线大连路站1号出口（复旦到公司只需要半个小时哦）。
