Job responsibilities:
1.       Support AA-TR/RBR2-CN daily work
2.       Monthly sales report preparation, sales data analysis and PPT support
3.       Training-pass arrangement and tracking for AA-TR/RBR-CN and AA/SMS-CN department
4.       Product part number release status checking in SAP, support requester with the product info.
5.       Support for Events (Automechanika, Students Day, Sales and MK Conference)
6.       Bosch Connect maintenance
7.       Data house-keeping for UAES and RBCT data base
8.       Product release status checking and sale tracking record
9.       House-keeping for Product technical information and drawing
10.   Reverse engineering projects support -OE samples handling -Clear and follow up the goods from customs -Send/Receive samples to UAES and send C samples to all regions and prepare the invoice. -Prepare for OE sample Part 1 (basic OE parts information) and upload on BGN. -Car rental for fitment test /hotel/ Meeting room booking
11.   Maintain Reverse engineering basic projects information on the BGN room, Reverse engineering monthly dada handling from the system
12.   Support PCD release data pre-checking
13.   Support PM to pre-check the market coverage for EKPT, LS and ignition coil based on Procom data and UAES OE data.
14.   Apply for FOC: sample application on line.
15.   Support PM the customs clearance for export business: provide the product major function, material to LOG
 
Job requirements:
1.       Good communication skill (written and oral) both English and mandarin, German is a plus
2.       Operation skill of office software, especially on Excel, PPT and Outlook
3.       Willing to work under pressure and multitasking
4.       Optional: better with basic automotive background or knowhow (Entire vehicle/ spare parts etc.)
